Event Requirements

This event was cancelled Mar 19, 2020. Can we show you some more events nearby?

Event Registration Package Prices:

BMW CCA Member:  $50

PCA Member:  $50

Non-Member of either BMW CCA or PCA:  $55

IMPORTANT:  This event is limited to 80 participants total, 40 per club.  In the event members of one club have been waitlisted due to their club reaching the 40 participant limit, any unallocated slots remaining upon registration close will be released to the waitlist on a first-come/first-served basis, with members of either club taking precedence over non-members.

If you are a member of neither club, you will designate a club you want to run with during registration. Your selection will allow you to class your car according to that club's classes (see classification details below) and your event results will be compared against other attendees for that club.

NOTE:  The regular BMW CCA Early-Bird discount, Season Pass Option, and Event/Membership Package Price options will return for Event #2 on May 3rd!  As usual, the Season Pass will provide a 25% discount for the entire season and participation in this event will be taken into account!

Vehicle Class:

You must determine your vehicle's class BEFORE registering.  The classification worksheet is linked below.  If you have gone through the classification worksheet and need clarification on your vehicle's classification, please contact the registrar before event registration closes.  You must classify your vehicle correctly to receive any points towards series standings.

Please purchase or fabricate your markings before coming to the event, or bring your own marking materials to the event.  Although we have a small supply of marking materials on hand, marking materials are not included with the event fee and the marking materials on hand are for "emergency" use and should not be relied on as your regular marking materials for your vehicle.

List of active/open/reserved BMW CCA numbers:
AX_Master_Number_List_2020-04-05.xls  Please note that this is not a "live" list -- it is updated at the beginning of each event.  As such, another participant might have claimed a particular number before you get to it.
