Please join us October 8* - 12, 2025 for the BMW CCA Club Race at Octoberfest 2025 at Elkhart Lake's Road America (RA).

Thursday - (2) 45 min practice sessions. 30 min qualifying session. 100 min ENDURO RACE
Friday - (1) 20 min practice. (2) 40 min SPRINT RACE
Saturday - (1) 25min practice. (1) 30min qualifying session. (1) 40 min SPRINT RACE
BMW Club Racing will visit the historic RA for the Wednesday late afternoon through Saturday, partnering with the Badger Bimmers for Octoberfest at OktoberFAST on the full 4.08 mile course.
This will be a Premier points event and is one of the races in the 2025 Blue Ridge Challenge.
Regular price registration is $900, and includes all three days of racing Thursday, Friday, and Saturday - early bird price through 5/30/25 is $800, so register now!
EVEN MORE IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. This event is limited to 95 entries which is pretty unlimited. Modification to our cancellation policy - if you cancel after August 30th (so starting 9/1/2025 at 12:01am) we need to charge you $250 - this will help Club Racing plan for the event and should one develop, be fair to those on the waitlist.
2. Badger Bimmers events at Road America have always provided free admission once the track release and club release forms are signed. All track guests must get the wristband either at the Osthof or at the track registration building. Details to follow in the schedule.
3. CR has reserved a limited number of garages near the Tech building for rent to our drivers. RA Garages as below.
4. RA has an OK PETS policy, as long as they're leashed.
5. Wednesday registration and load in times are being coordinated around the Welcome Dinner. The track and dinner venue are a 15min drive apart.
6. The sound limit for all vehicles registered for the event is 103db. This limit will be enforced by Road America and any vehicles exceeding the limit will be excluded from the event.
7. Attendees are financially responsible for any and all damages they cause to the facility and its parts.
8. Garage space is available at the track for a fee. This space should be arranged by contacting Road America directly at (800) 365-RACE (7223). Badger Bimmers will have no involvement in arranging for garage space. All waste tires and equipment must be removed from the Road America premises by the participant. Pavement damage in the paddock area or other roadways by high point loads (e.g., by jack stands or similar equipment) shall be the responsibility of the participant causing the damage.
9. Area Hotel recommendations will follow in your confirmation email. The Osthoff Resort, AmericInn by Wyndham, Baymont by Wyndham, Siebkens Resort, The Shore Club (formerly Victorian Village) and Plymouth Inn are all nearby.
10. Badger Bimmers has been a long-time supporter of Feeding America of Eastern Wisconsin. On Saturday, October 11, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. representatives from Feeding America will be joining us at OktoberFast to share information about their programs and collect donations of nonperishable food items. Financial donations can be also made on site.
Fun fact: When Spec-Miata was rocketting out of a regional class 110 racers made the big race at RA, closely followed by over 100 CAN-AM at a subsequent Vintage reunion.
Event requirements
You must have a BMW CCA Club Racing license to take part in this event. If your license needs to be renewed prior to registering for this event, you will not be allowed to register and must process your license renewal beforehand.

Standard BMW CCA waivers will be signed as part of the SpeedWaiver app after you register. The track requires their waiver also be signed at the gate.
Copies of both the adult and minor BMW CCA waivers are available on our website. Please take the time to read the waivers before coming to the track. NOTE: The minor waiver is two sided and must be completely filled out on both sides for each child.
As registration progresses, SpeedWaiver will send a text to initiate signing the BMW CCA waivers and connecting a photo. This image will be verified at the Registration building on the date of the event.
